3.15 – 3.45 Deliciouslyorkshire Cooking Demonstration – Top Stuff, Head Chef Andy Burton shares recipes from the award winning Black Swan Hotel, Hemsley.
4.15 – 4.45 Deliciouslyorkshire Cooking Demonstration – Lusty Lamb, Zoe Burdass cooks various dishes with Burdass Lamb.

12.30 – 1.30 Neil Hanson reads from his book, First Blitz, Sue Hepworth with extracts from her book Zu Zu’s Petals.
1.45 – 2.45 Les Packham, Yorkshire Festival Artist in Residence, demonstrating the finer detail of art.
3.00 – 4.00 Mark Denton brings his book to life showing pictures from Yorkshire Coast, Yorkshire Moors and Wolds on the big screen.
4.00 – 5.30 Yorkshire Remembered, film archive of Yorkshire’s proud history.
