1.30 – 2.00 Leeds Rugby Foundation – Leeds Rugby provide a demonstration of training techniques including a short game.

12.15 – 12.45 Deliciouslyorkshire Cooking Demonstration – Hot Stuff, quick, easy, curry recipes with Prett Tejura of Curry Cuisine.
1.15 – 1.45 Deliciouslyorkshire Cooking Demonstration – Teach First, inspirational recipes from Amy Holdroyd and Richard Jones of Betty’s Cookery School, Harrogate.
2.15 – 2.45 Deliciouslyorkshire Cooking Demonstration – Beautiful Beer, beer in its true colours with Ros Shiel and Jane Peyton from The Beer Academy.
3.00 – 3.30 Jorvik Battle Drill For Children – The Jorvic Centre, York, takes the children through a demonstration of a Jorvic battle drill.
3.15 – 3.45 Deliciouslyorkshire Cooking Demonstration – Street Wise, wonderful modern British food with David Robson, Head Chef at Oxford Street Brasserie in Harrogate.
4.15 – 4.45 Deliciouslyorkshire Cooking Demonstration – Young Gun, Tim Cotterill, 18 year old winner of Great Yorkshire Amateur Chef of the Year, shares his recipes and talent for good food.

10.30 – 12.15 Yorkshire Remembered, film archive of Yorkshire’s proud history.
12.30 – 1.30 Chris Firth, Richard Jamison and Nigel Whitfield readings of poetry from North Yorkshire 199 plus accompanying film archive.
1.45 – 2.45 Les Packham, Yorkshire Festival Artist in Residence, demonstrating the finer detail of art.
3.00 – 4.00 Gervase Phinn, one of Yorkshires favourite authors reading from some of his favourite books.
4.00 – 5.30 Yorkshire Remembered, film archive of Yorkshire’s proud history.
